Frequently Asked Questions

  • Where are you located?
    We are located at 116 Changi Road, #03-08 WIS@Changi, Singapore 419718- virtually an 8 mins walk from Eunos MRT Station.


  • What are your operating hours?
    We generally operate from 9AM-5PM, night rentals are also available from 5pm – 10pm.


  • I am expecting more people than you can accommodate, what should I do?
    Do let us know how many people you are expecting and we can always recommend you to our associates who will take good care of you as well.


  • Do I have time to set up and clean up before and after my event?
    Yes, we love working with people who show up early. This shows that they are professional about what they do and they are responsible. Each booking includes FREE 30mins of set up and clean up time.


  • Do I have to set the room up myself?
    Leave the hard work to us! Simply let us know how many guests you are expecting on the day of your event and what type of seating arrangement you are looking to have. We will set the room up according to your instructions so all you have to do on the day of your event is to show up and be awesome! Should you choose to set up the room yourself, you are more than welcome to do so as well.


  • Do you provide drinks?
    Yes we do. We have a filtered hot, cold & warm water dispenser at the back of the room with cups available. You and your guests will have a ready supply of hot, cold & warm water available at all times.


  • Can we bring our own food into the room?
    Yes you may. We allow catering from your own preferred caterer as we are mindful that our renters might have their own favourite caterers which they like to cater from. Should you require any recommendations, we will be more than happy to provide you with a list of caterers for your group size. In the event that you would like for us to make catering arrangements for you, we will be happy to do so with an administrative fee of SGD$100.


  • What kind of food options are available around your area?
    We are very lucky to be spoilt for choice with many multiracial food options. We have different types of cuisines and dinning settings ranging from cafes, food centres and restaurants all just walking distance from our Success Campus.


  • Do you charge any GST and are there any other “hidden costs” involved?
    We do not charge GST and there are no hidden costs involved. There will only be nominal fees chargeable upon request for add-ons such as $0.30/ copy for black and white printing, $0.60/ copy for coloured printing, $15.00/ ream of flip chart paper. Other possible costs that could be incurred could be last minute extension of booking time or damages to the training room.


  • How do I make sure that I have booked the seminar on the day of my event?
    Upon receipt of full payment, your booking will be confirmed and the room will not be released to another party. You can make payment to us by cash, cheque or fund transfer to confirm your booking. More payment details can be found on your booking form. Should you decide to make payment via fund transfer, please kindly forward us your fund transfer receipt to expedite the confirmation of your booking.


  • I am not sure if my event is going to be running or not, what should I do?
    You may speak to any of our friendly support staff,  fill out a booking form and we will pencil in your booking for you. In the event someone else would like to book the room on the same date and time as you, you will have the first right of refusal to indicate your interest and submit your payment. Otherwise, your room booking will be released and given to the next person in the waiting list.


  • If I have paid for my booking and I have to cancel my event on my booking date, can I get a refund?
    We have a non-refundable and non-cancellable policy on all payments.


  • I am booking the room for 2 consecutive days or more, do I have to clean up after each day?
    You are free to leave your belongings in the room at your own risk. Although the room will be locked at the end of each day, we strongly advice our guests not to leave their valuables behind. Our support staff may enter the room after each day to conduct their area cleaning routine to ensure that the room will be clean and fresh for your booking the next day.


  • Do you provide microphones?
    We do not provide microphones at the moment.


  •  Where can I tell my guests to park?
    There are a variety of parking options around here. There are road side parking lots available but remember to display parking coupons at $0.50 per half hour from 9AM-5PM to avoid getting a ticket! There is also a Park & Ride multi-storey car park located at 31A Eunos Cresent. Simply display $3.00 worth of parking coupons and take a 7-8min stroll back to our Success Campus. Alternatively, you may choose to park at our building’s basement car park at $1.20 per half hour.


  • We intend to host a corporate event at your Success Campus, do you provide free parking?
    As all parking lots located at our basement car park are managed by the building’s management, we are unable to provide free parking. On a case by case basis, and upon request only, we can arrange with our building’s management to provide discounted parking rates for the duration of your event. Simply provide us with the number of cars you would expect to have together with their IU numbers and we will get back to you with a parking rate.


  • Are we allowed to paste anything on the walls?
    We do not advise sticking anything on the wall. However, if you must do so, we would appreciate if you could avoid using adhesives that would leave any type of mark upon removal. We would also appreciate if you could kindly inform our support staff beforehand so that we can test out the adhesive before your event.


  • We would like to customise our seating arrangements, can that be done?
    Absolutely! Let our friendly support staff know how you would like the seating arrangement to look like and they will advice you if that is possible.


  • Can we view your Success Campus before we confirm our booking?
    Most definitely! All visits are by appointment only. Please call us at +65 69666183 or email us at to make an appointment before your arrival.
